This home is a combination of 2 houses reunited.
Created originally to be a household, it is now today open to coliving experiences
Chez Michel is quite “family” home, easy to live in, not to far from INSEAD campus and even closer to the city center.
The house caters for only 4 colivers that will enjoy 120 m² of comfortable common area and 20m² each (on average) of absolute privacy.
One side of the House hosts 2 bedrooms with bathrooms ensuites
The other side of the house offers 2 bedrooms with one separate and independent bathroom to share
The cosy kitchen is fully fitted and furnished, ready to get started with diner
The walls of the house are shared with Fontainebleau Castle garden.
Rue d’avon hosts many INSEAD students and many of your neighbours will be fellow students.
