We want your exit to be the easiest possible, in that sense the exit inspection and the return of your security deposit is of great importance to us.
If a landlord is not willing to return the deposit, we can demand a justification that would trigger a substitution in the said deposit.
Transparency is also a fundamental part of the agreement we have with our landlords.
Failing such a rule could lead to a definitive exclusion of a landlord and his/her properties from all Virtual Campus’ platforms.
Over the years we have built a strong relationship with INSEAD.
This being said, we are in permanent contact with them to ensure that our historical transparency and impartiality remains intact.
