One of our biggest values at Virtual Campus is that we base our work on human connexion.
We are here to help and in that sense we have made our IA programme accessible to all with a low service fee.
We know that every student has their own requirements, and we pride ourselves on working meticulously and individually in order to meet students’ needs.
During the booking process you will be in contact with our local agents, they are here to help and guide you along the way, answering any queries that may come up.
They will ask you personalised questions in order to guarantee the best options for you.
Once your choice has been made, our agents will gather and consolidate all the data and legal documents required (ID, certificates) to pursuit your reservation. This information will be shared with you, your future landlord and us in a dedicated online secured folder.
Based on all data collected in the previous steps, our agents will generate in your name, all the required documents related to your rental (contract, certificates, recommendations).
Our agents will then deliver the documentation via Yousign ™ to the concerned parties.
This will then be validated by mutual agreements and signatures based on the terms and conditions of the lease agreement.
We want you to have the smoothest arrival possible.
For that, our agent will synchronize all parties (landlord, you, and us) to make sure that everything is ready for you upon arrival.

Even though housing is only a portion of your overall experience, we want to ensure that it is a smooth journey, and that you are in the best possible environment.
Our agents remain at your disposition during your entire stay. Yet, please remember, we are a Housing Service and not a Concierge Service.
Your departure will require a little bit of coordination and organisation.
A date, timing, keys, inspection, security deposit..
But no worries, our agents will take care of organising everything!
We want your exit to be the easiest possible, in that sense the exit inspection and the return of your security deposit is of great importance to us.
If a landlord is not willing to return the deposit, we can demand a justification that would trigger a substitution in the said deposit.
Transparency is also a fundamental part of the agreement we have with our landlords.
Failing such a rule could lead to a definitive exclusion of a landlord and his/her properties from all Virtual Campus’ platforms.
Over the years we have built a strong relationship with INSEAD.
This being said, we are in permanent contact with them to ensure that our historical transparency and impartiality remains intact.
We are staying behind, and we are here to stand on your behalf to enforce any agreement validated between you and your landlord.

Singapore, Abu Dhabi, Wharton, Fontainebleau (again) … Did your plans suddenly change?
Based on the new information that you provide, we will amend and legally modify the original terms and dates, securing the new agreements during this extended period. Our agents will handle this on behalf of both parties, drawing up the appropriate amendments ready to be approved on Yousign ™.
This extension will automatically extend our service duration for a period. As provided previously, our agents remain at your disposition during your extended stay.

Sub leasing is illegal in France unless you have your landlord’s written consent. Ignoring such rule could lead up to problems with the French law. Virtual Campus provides a complete service that will cover all aspects of the sub-lease in order to make this transition trouble-free and legal for you, your sub-tenant and your landlord. The sub-leasing procedure fees are 190€ and they should be paid by the sub-tenant.
When you notify us of your intention to sub-lease, we will get into contact with your sub-tenant, collecting the required information (ID, INSEAD certification) and create new contracts.
Once all new information in hand, we will issue a contract amendment to secure and legalize the stay of your sub-tenant.
Our agent will deliver this to all parties via Yousign ™ in order to sign new terms and conditions of the sub-lease agreement.
Your future sub-tenant will most likely have to provide legal documentation in order to finalise the contract.
Once the sub-lease validated, our agent will provide the sub-tenant with all the contractual documents.
Organisation will be required upon your sub-tenant’s arrival.
Our agents will synchronize all parties (landlord, you, your sub-tenant, and us) to accommodate everyone and to ensure a smooth coordination on all sides.
